Neel General Contracting carries full general liability and worker's compensation insurance.
do you charge for initial consultation or estimates?

Neel General Contracting LLC provides free onsite estimates to our customer base.
How do you handle unexpected costs or changes during construction?

We have a change order process that we follow which includes clear communicaton and concise updates to the customer every step of the way. We will not move forward with any change of scope without customer authorization to proceed.
How long will my kitchen or bathroom remodel take?

A majority of our remodels can complete within a week or two. Variables can alter the timeline; however, our team will communicate any potential changes to the estimated completion date.
Do you provide the materials, or do I buy them?

Our estimates include a material breakdown and labor costs. Material funding is secured prior to construction start. Our team will then use the material funding provided by the customer to procure the materials needed for the project. Labor will be paid to Neel General Contracting upon project completion.
do you offer financing plans?

Neel General Contracting LLC does not work with any major lenders to assist with securing funding; however, we will develop a flexible payment plan with our customers.
Do you use subcontractors?

Yes, we do subcontract for electrical, HVAC, plumbing and concrete work.
